Gospel Music Artists Why Do you Want to Rap? Rapper Kenny Clutch Dead After Las Vegas Shooting

We brought this question up when another shooting occurred in Florida in one of our previous articles.  This time another rapper was shot dead while driving his Maserati in Vegas.   So, we ask some of you gospel artists, including the preachers of the black church whom are allowing Christian rap within the gospel industry: 'why do you want to identify with the world in your music?'  The Bible clearly forewarned you not to be like the world, but to be holy.

It does not matter what Bishop T. D. Jakes says, it does not matter what Bishop Eddie Long says or whomever else is in the big leagues of mega ministries, it is wrong to be like the world and call yourself a Christian.  You cannot be saved and be like the world.

In I John 2:15, the Word of God says, 'Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.'  Do you know what that scripture means?  It simply means to be set apart and do not desire or long to partake in worldly pleasures and this includes rap and hip hop music.   We are not supposed to support what the world does nor do what they do.  In I Peter 1:16, the Bible also lets us know to be holy, 'Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.' You've got to stop teaching false doctrine that holiness does not mean being different from the world.  God has told us to forewarn you that if you continue to follow the wicked ways of the world, instead of obeying His Word, so the world can follow you, you are going to start dropping off like worldly music artists.    You want so bad to enjoy the money they make, but God has told us to remind you of Matthew 6:24, when it said, 'No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.'  Do you know what mammon means?  It means money, you cannot love money more than you love God.  It's alright to have it, but God does not want us loving it so much, we would be willing to blend the world in with His music.  God doesn't need to Devil's music to win souls. God's music is already creative enough.  The Holy Commandments that was left for us to follow and obey is not to be ignored.   We want you to know today, God is is taking record of the average church's disobedience of this age.   Do not let it be a surprise to you when God's destruction starts coming on many of today's hip-hop gospel and Christian rap artists.  Just because the preacher may allow you to bring in the money, that does not make it right.  For they also must given an account in judgement, if they do not repent.

We feel so bad for the parents of this dead rapper, Kenny Clutch and our prayers are sincerely with them.   However, we want to let you parents in the church, you will soon most likely grieve like these, if you don't start setting a standard of what your kids can do and what they cannot do.   Just because the average preacher within the black church and mega church condones christian rap and hip hop gospel does not mean God approves of it.   God said either you will teach a complete standard of holiness in your homes, according to His Word or reap grievance in the end and don't take it lightly.
